PRAYER in W.P.(MD) No.25045 of 2018 : Writ Petition filed under
Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus,
directing the respondents to consider the request dated 22.11.2018 and
the reply dated 15.12.2018 made by the petitioner and to allot 120 sq.
ft. of road facing vacant site at the open space available on the West
Vadambokke Street i.e., on the western side of the Arulmigu
Madhanagopalaswamy Thirukoil, Madurai City duly fixing the fair rent
as per rules in force and accord permission to construct a temporary
shop building by the petitioner to do the present business of sale of Old
Books, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
PRAYER in W.P.(MD) No.25046 of 2018 : Writ Petition filed under
Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus,
directing the respondents to consider the request dated 22.11.2018 and
the reply dated 15.12.2018 made by the petitioner and to allot 120 sq.
