- In addition to any rules for which provision is made in this chapter, rules may be made under this Act prescribing-(a)the conditions on which grants or loans of money may be made under Section 76;(b)the manner in which Government may enforce the proper construction and maintenance of grant-in-aid irrigation works;(c)the circumstances in which applications under Sections 78 or 80 may be granted; and(d)the procedure in any inquiry or proceeding under this chapter.[Chapter IX-A] [Inserted by C.P. and Berar Act No. 19 of 1948.] Requisitioning of Tanks Etc.
