Section 1(3) in The Bombay Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act, or for different areas, or for different classes or undertakings, or for different classes of goods.
