42.
(1)A valid health certificate by a qualified veterinary surgeon to the effect that the monkeys are fit to travel by air and are not showing any signs of infectious or contagious disease shall accompany each consignment of monkeys.(2)In the absence of such a certificate, the carrier shall refuse to accept the consignment for shipment.(3)The form of a certificate under sub-rule (1) be as given in Schedule D.
