Section 26 in Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2020
26. Duplicate certificate.
- In case the certificate of provisional or permanent registration is lost, destroyed, mutilated or damaged, the concerned registration authority shall issue a duplicate certificate on the request of the clinical establishment and on the payment of such fees, as may be prescribed.
