Section 1 in The Karnataka Legislature (Prevention Of Disqualification) Act, 1956.

1. Short title.

- This Act may be called the [Karnataka Legislature] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order, 1973 w.e.f. 01.11.1973.] (Prevention of Disqualification) Act, 1956.
