Section 10(b) in The Orissa Timber and Other Forest Produce Transit Rules, 1980
(b)He shall not bring or store at his depot any forest produce other than [bamboo or timber or firewood] [Substituted by SRO No. 224-OGE No. 573, dated 17.5.1983.]-(i)which do not bear the Forest Department hammer mark;(ii)which are not checked on route; and(iii)whose transit from the source of collection or origin up to the depot is not covered by permit issued under Rule 4 or depot permit under Rule 8.
