Section 3(2) in The Orissa Saw Mills and Saw Pits (Control) Rules, 1993
(2)The application for establishing a saw mill or a saw pit shall be in Form 'A' and the application for operating a saw mill or saw pit in existence on the appointed day shall be in Form 'B'.
