Section 10A(7) in The Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961
(7)Any party too lease, contract or agreement aggrieved by any order of the Collector made under this section may, within a period of thirty days from the date of such order, appeal to the Commissioner whose decision thereon shall be final.
