Section 44(4) in The Orissa Self-Help Co-operatives Act, 2001
(4)Every Co-operative shall make available during its business hours to any member who so requests, copies of this Act, articles of association, minutes book of the general body, voter's list and such accounts and records of transaction that relate to that member, on payment of such fees, as may be decided by the board.
