I passed an interim order on July 3, 2019. That order required
the respondents not to fill up vacancies corresponding to the
number of petitioners till the matter was heard next. The matter has appeared today pursuant to my such order (as specially fixed).
Mr. Bandyopadhyay, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission seeks accommodation on the ground of Dr. Patra who has been engaged to lead him. Such prayer is considered and allowed.
Since the interim order has already been passed it shall continue until the next date fixed.
The matter shall appear on July 17, 2019 at 3 p.m. (Protik Prakash Banrjee, J.) 2
