(5)Conveyance allowances.-No conveyance allowance for attending meetings of the Board or any Committee or for attending to any other business of the Board, shall be paid to those members of the Board or Committee who draw traveling or daily allowance.Provided that a member of the Board or any Committee who is resident at a peace where the meeting of the Board or the committee is held or where any other business of the Board is transacted, may be paid the actual expenditure incurred on conveyance by him subject to a maximum of Rs. 10 per day.]
