57. Form of final scheme.
(1)The final scheme drawn by the Arbitrator in accordance with the draft scheme under clause (xxi) of sub-section (3) of Section 102 shall provide for, -(a)all matters specified in sub-section (2) of Section 91;(b)all matters specified in clauses (i) to (xx) of sub-section (3) of Section 102 as per decision of the Arbitrator, if no appeal is preferred; and(c)all matters specified in clauses (i) to (xi) and clauses (xiv), (xv), (xvi), (xviii), (xix) and (xx) of sub-section (3) of Section 102 as per decision of the Tribunal of Appeal, if appeals are preferred under sub-section (3) of Section 102.
