Section 11C(3) in Nagpur rules Relating to the Election of Councillors
(3)A tendered voting paper shall be the same as the other voting papers used at the polling station except that it shall be -(a)serially the last in the bundle of voting papers issued for use at the polling station and(b)endorsed on the back with the words "tendered voting paper" by the polling officer in his own hand and signed by him.
