(6)During the validity period for Class 'C' licence, it is deemed to be converted into Class 'D' licence in case wireman or supervisor left the job under Class 'C' contractor. If, the licensee has intimated to the office of the Chief/Senior Electrical Inspector (HoD) within seven days of occurrence of such an event, he will not be converted into Class 'D' automatically, provided he will employ Supervisor and Wiremen, within 15 days.
