The instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents to process the petitioner's application for sale of Meat Licence.
2. Mr. Aarush Neeraj Vaid, Advocate appears and _ files Memorandum of Appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, petitioner has been granted the Meat Licence and the present writ petition has become infructuous; accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
