Section 36(b) in Amended Bye-Laws of the Pradeshik Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited
(b)In respect of other matters relating to the fulfillment of the objects and conduct of the business of the Federation, Managing Committee of the Federation may frame appropriate regulations in consistent with the provisions of the Act, the Rules and the bye-laws and the directors of the General Body and or Registrar, if any.
