ORDER
% 17.01.2019 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the reply could not be filed as the name of the respondent company has been struck off from the Register of Companies vide order dated 08.08.2018 passed by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana. He submits that though the proceedings have been filed challenging the said order, the same are pending adjudication.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an adjournment to seek instruction.
