Section 326(1) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(1)Every general or public notice which by or under this Act, a Council or any municipal authority or officer is required or empowered to publish shall, in addition to any other procedure for its publication laid down by or under this Act, be published by putting up such notice on the municipal notice board.
