Section 141(a) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)all motors, cogwheels, electric generator, rotary converter; transmission machinery, chains, friction gearing, flywheels, shafting, dangerous and moving parts of machinery (whether or not driven by mechanical power) shall be securely fenced by safeguards of substantial construction which shall be constantly maintained and kept in position while the parts of machinery, they are fencing are in motion or in use;
