(1)The Tribunal shall have power to regulate its own procedure.(2)The Tribunal may hold the whole or any part of its inquiry in camera .(3)Any clerical or arithmetical error in any order of the Tribunal or any error arising therein from any accidental slip or omission may, at any time, be corrected by the Tribunal either of its own motion or on the application of any of the parties.]
