2. 12.09.2011The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that by the impugned order the learned court below refused to mark exhibit the public document.
Issue notice to the respondents in admission matter. The petitioners shall take steps for notice in admission matter in ordinary process as well as registered post both for which the requisites must be filed within ten days. Peremptory.
In the meantime, further proceeding in Title Suit No. 12 of 2009 pending in the court of Munsif, Naugachia shall remain stayed.
