28. Disposal of deposit.
- Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 27, the Commission shall at the end of the investigation make such orders in respect of the sum deposited by any complainant under section 11 including orders for the forfeiture of the whole or any portion of such sum as having regard to the circumstances of the case, it thinks fit.
