87. Persons to hold confidential positions. (1) Head time keeper employed in a factory shall be deemed to be employed in a Confidential position in the factory.
(2)Any other person who in the opinion of the Chief Inspector holds confidential position in the Factory and is declared so in writing by him, on application by the manager of the factory under such conditions as may be imposed by the Chief Inspector:Provided that the persons so declared shall be drawing a salary of not less then Rs.500/- per month inclusive of all allowances.
