Section 10(1) in The University of Ladakh Act, 2018
(1)The Governor of the State shall be the Chancellor of the Cluster University. He shall be the Head of Cluster University and shall, when present, preside at the meetings of the Cluster University Council and at the Convocation of Cluster University.
