10. Standing Committee for Corporation Establishment.
- The Standing Committee for Corporation Establishment shall have the powers to recommend to the Mayor measures to be taken with regard to the following matters keeping in view the need of the city vis-a-vis the availability of funds of the Corporation without encroaching Government grants and loans, namely :-(i)Creation of posts, and(ii)Recruitment of the staff of the Corporation,
