(1)the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute an Advisory Committee to advise on matters relating to the administration of this Act which the State Government or the [Labour Commissioner] [Substituted by U. P. Act No. 1 of 1966, Section 96 (4) (i).] may refer to it for advice.
