Section 346(1) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders
(1)A copy of the judgement or final order in all cases in which Commissioned Officers have been tried by Civil Courts for criminal offences should be supplied to the Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Defence (Army Branch), New Delhi.
