Section 166(2) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018

(2)All moneys received by the Mandal Praja Parishad shall be lodged in the nearest Government Treasury:Provided that the amounts received as funds under the schemes of Central or State Government from time to time, shall be lodged in the nearby Nationalized Banks or Cooperative Banks or Post Offices in such manner as prescribed.
