Section 13(14)(g) in Bihar Intermediate Education Council (Establishment of Colleges and Conduct of Examination) Rules, 1994

(g)If the Superintendent/Magistrate deputed at the Centre is of opinion that there has been large scale use of unfair means or that the secrecy of question paper has been violated, he may recommend cancellation of examination of the paper/papers concerned, to the Chairman and the Chairman shall give such direction as he may consider necessary and fit.
