Section 10 in The Orissa State Lottery Rules, 1983

All winners of prizes shall claim the prize amounts within forty five days from the date of draw. No claim for a prize will be entertained after expiry of the said period of forty-five days. Prize amounts not claimed within the aforesaid time-limit as also the prize amounts in respect of claims rejected by the Director of State Lotteries shall lapse and amounts shall automatically stand forefeited.
