Section 73(1) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1991
(1)In cases where any amount has to be refunded, sanction of the Board or market committee, as the case may be, shall be obtained. The procedure prescribed under the Tamil Nadu Financial Code shall, mutatis mutandis, be followed.
