53. The Central Provinces and Berar Tuberculosis Sanatorium (Regulation of Buildings) Act, 1948 (XIII of 1948)
Section 1. - For sub-sections (2) and (3), substitute the following, namely :-"(2) It extends to and shall be in force in the whole of Madhya Pradesh."Section 7. - In sub-section (1), after "the sanatorium area" insert in the Mahakoshal region" and add at the end "in the said region".
