Section 16(2) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(2)It shall be the duty of the Member-Secretary of the Committee to maintain the accounts of the amounts received and expenditure incurred by the Committee in Form A appended to these rules and to send quarterly returns to the Board on 1st day of April, July, October and January of every year.
