Section 5(iii) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974
(iii)Verification of Character and Antecedents. - No person recruited directly shall be appointed to any post under the Corporation unless his character and antecedents and previous performance have been verified to the satisfaction of the appointing authority.
