Section 3(1)(r) in The Bihar Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985

(r)"Transmission" means, unless the context is otherwise,

(i)to import inter State into Bihar,

(ii)to export inter State out of Bihar; and

(iii)to transport within Bihar.
