The present petition preferred under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeks transfer of CS DJ No.207551/2016 pending before the Court of the learned Additional District Judge-04, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi to the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a similar petition being TR.P.(C.)75/2023 is already pending adjudication before this Court and is next listed on 07.07.2023.
