Section 10(2)(b) in The Legal Practitioners' Fees Rules, 1973

(b)Where it is not so capable of valuation, the fee shall be fixed in, accordance with rule 15, subject to a minimum of Rs. 500.00 in a District Munsif's Court or in a Subordinate Judge's Court and Rs. 1,000.00 in the District Court.
