(2)Filling up of casual vacancy of a Gram Sablia Adalat.-If any member of a Gram Sabha Adalat fails to complete his term of office either by death, removal or resignation, the vacancy shall be filled up by election of another person in the manner prescribed in sub-Rule (2) of Rule 14 and thereupon the member so elected shall fill such vacancy for the term for which such member would otherwise have continued in office.
