The Sub-Collector / Revenue Divisional Officer, Parvathipuram, Vizianagaram District. 4, The Thasildar, Bobbili Mandal, Bobbili, Vizianagaram District. wh Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No. 4, the Thasildar, Bobbili mandal, Vizianagaram District in issuing the impugned Endorsement in RC.83/2020 SA, Dt. 04.08.2020 with an intention and trying to disposes the petitioners family from the land in Sy.No.77 of Mallampeta Village, Bobbili mandal, Vizianagaram District to accommodate an unauthorized person, as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice, unreasonable and violation of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and contrivers to Rule 15 and 16 of A.P. Rights in land and pattadar Pass Book Rules, 1989 and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. IA NO: 1 OF 2020 ' Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the impugned Endorsement in RC.83/2020 SA, Dt: 04.08.2020, so as to enable the petitioners family to retain their possession and enjoyment over the property in Sy.No.77 of Mallampeta Village, Bobbili mandal, Vizianagaram District, pending disposal of WP 14348 of 2020, on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and order of the High Court dated 19-08-2020, 03-09-2020, 17- 12-2020 & 18-02-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI GORLE GOPALAKRISHNA Advocate for the Petitioners, and of GP FOR REVENUE for the Respondents, the Court made the following.
