SHRI RAMDAS ATHAWALE (PANDHARPUR): Sir, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for the basic minimum amenities of water, electricity, sanitation and health facilities in slums and Jhuggi-Jhopri clusters and for the clearance of such areas in larger public interest and for maters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
MR. CHAIRMAN : The question is :
"That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide for the basic minimum amenities of water, electricity, sanitation and health facilities in slums and Jhuggi-Jhopri clusters and for the clearance of such areas in larger public interest and for maters connected therewith or incidental thereto." The motion was adopted.
