Section 21 in Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies Act, 2008
21. Constitution of Committee.
- Where any authority of the constituent Institute is given power by this Act or the Statutes to appoint Committees, such Committees shall as otherwise provide, consist of the members of the authority concerned and of such other persons as the authority in each case may think fit.
