Section 1 in The Karnataka General Clauses Act, 1899
1. Short title [commencement and extent] [Substituted by Act 13 of 2003 w.e.f. 1.11.1956].
- [(1) This Act may be called the [Karnataka] [Substituted by Act X of 1950] General Clauses Act, 1899.](2)It shall come into force at once.(3)[ It extends to the whole of the State of Karnataka.] [Substituted by Act 13 of 2003 w.e.f. 1.11.1956]
