Section 27(1) in Gujarat University (Amendment) Act, 1972
(1)in sub-section (1), for the words "The Acadcmic Council may, subject to the approval of the Syndicate," the words "The Academic Council, and subject to the approval of the Academic Council, each Faculty, may" shall be substituted;
