Section 60(1) in The Delhi Metro Railway (Operation And Maintenance) Act, 2002
(1)If, in contravention of sub-section (1) of section 30, a person takes or causes to be taken any offensive material upon the metro railway, he shall be punishable with file which may extend to five hundred rupees.
