Section 6(5) in Orissa Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008
(5)Where a licence issued under this order has been lost or destroyed or defaced, the licensee shall immediately obtain a duplicate copy thereof from the Licensing Authority on application by depositing the specified fee.
