Section 160(1)(b) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994

(b)The number of passengers standing under sub-rule (1) (a) shall not exceed the number arrived at by dividing by forty the length of the gangway in centimetres measured from the foremost seat behind the front exit to the rearmost of the scat in front of entrance door.
