Section 4(2) in The Rani Lakshmi Bai Central Agricultural University Act, 2014
(2)The headquarters of the University shall be at Jhansi in the State of Uttar Pradesh and it may also establish campuses at such other places within its jurisdiction as it may deem fit :Provided that the University shall establish two colleges in the State of Madhya Pradesh and two colleges at Jhansi in the State of Uttar Pradesh in the Bundelkhand Region.
