Section 17 in The Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982
17. Conditions of service of officers and employees of the Board.
- The remuneration and other conditions of service of the Managing Director, Secretary, Housing Chief Engineer, Chief Accounts Officer and other Officers and employees of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed by Regulations approved by the Government.
