(C) 1604 of 2008, in which, it was reported by the process server that Aghnu Pahan, who was respondent no. 8 in that writ application, has died and substitution application was filed in that case, but, due to inadvertence, no substitution application could be filed in the present writ application, wherein, Aghnu Pahan is named as respondent no. 7.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he will file substitution application within a week.
